POGS can’t currently support Lollipop, but will be able to soon, we’ll (Alex) provide updates as soon as possible.

Hey JZD,

Wow that's annoying. I'll see if there is a way I can block android 5 devices until we get it sorted.

Hope you manage to do that Alex. I'm starting to get a number of "Invalid Tasks" that completed normally on my Windows and Linux machines, but were paired with multiple Android/ARM devices that failed, then these tasks get "Completed, can't validate" because of "Too Many Errors".

It's a bit frustrating.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, that raises a question. Is it normal for Windows and Linux boxes to get paired with Android/ARM devices? Check my Invalid Tasks list for numerous recent examples.

I have an Intel baytrail ( Intel Atom )tablet running android. Setibeta, Collatz and now WUProp offer units to run on this architecture. Is there any chance we can have units running here on x86-android-linux-gnu.
The Intel chipset running Android is getting more popular and the performance is actually quite good. Would be great to be able to contribute here with this setup.

Hey guys,

Just an update. I'm up to the final testing stages for Android 5.0 (arm only for now) and everything is going smoothly. I will have the new files online as soon as possible :) and people can start using their lovely Android 5 devices.

@Alez for now we just have it compiled for ARM, the biggest challenge for us is that MagPhys, the science software is written in fortran which is not a supported language for android and thus requires jumping through some hoops, I've managed to get the android=arm-fortran compiler running but not yet the android-x86-fortran, unfortunately I can't give any ETA for this feature.
